The terms of joining.
What you are signing up for
SMC Sunday Club is a paid membership operated by Creative Ways LLC. Members get access to an unreleased music catalogue, member-first cinematics, the Sunday letter, and invitations to in-person sessions. Membership tiers and benefits are listed on the membership page.
Subscription, billing, and renewal
Memberships are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Creative Ways LLC, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a monthly basis at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We may change pricing for new members at any time. Existing members are given at least 30 days' notice of any price change to their subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the member portal or by emailing hello@smcsundayclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access for the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if something is broken or you were charged in error, write to us and we will make it right. Refund requests within 7 days of your first payment are honoured without question.
What is in the membership
- Streaming access to the unreleased catalogue and member films, for personal listening and viewing only.
- Invitations and waitlist priority for in-person SMC Sunday sessions. Membership does not guarantee a seat at any specific event.
- The Sunday letter, sent by email.
- Tier-specific perks as listed on the membership page at the time you joined.
What you cannot do
- Share your login or member access with anyone else.
- Download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform the music or films, except as permitted by ordinary streaming use.
- Resell access or scalp seats to Sunday sessions.
- Record or stream any in-person session without permission.
If you do any of those, we may suspend or end your membership without refund.
Intellectual property
All music, films, photography, copy, and design on SMC Sunday Club are the property of Creative Ways LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to enjoy the content, nothing more.
Liability
We provide the Club on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep the lights on and the music playing, but we are a small team and things can break. To the extent permitted by law, Creative Ways LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Club.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and notify members about anything that materially affects them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, where Creative Ways LLC operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
