Why Sundays
Most of the music we love was made on Sundays, even if nobody called it that. Quiet, unrushed, no client breathing down the room. We wanted that for ourselves and for the people listening. So we built around the day instead of the calendar.
Why small
Twenty people in a living room remember the night. Twenty thousand in a venue remember the encore. We are not building toward the encore. The room is the product. The film is the proof. The catalogue is the souvenir.
Why a Club
The music we make is not the music streaming services pay for. Long takes, hummed bridges, songs that take eleven Sundays to finish. None of that is what a recommendation engine wants. So we put it where the engine cannot reach, behind a quiet door, in front of people who asked to be there.
Where we are
Vancouver, mostly. The corridor from the Lower Mainland out to the BC coast. We travel selectively. If you have a room and a reason, the booking line is open.
Who is in the room
Seemore Cash is the resident artist. Tony DeAngelo is the partner across the table. JR Lopez gives us the studio. Other voices step in for specific Sundays; that is on purpose.
What's coming
A scripted thirty-episode short-film series. A weekly screening night. A members' catalogue that grows on a real schedule. A second city, then a third. Money is unlocked by the work, not promised in advance. See the ecosystem map if you want the architecture.
